Some noise issues, but overall a happy tenant. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved in 7 months ago and have been very happy with my choice. The management is great, always friendly and helpful. The complex is older so there have been minor problems, but maintenance is quick and thorough, fixing all of the problems I have had. I love the grounds, as my apartment is blanketed with beautiful oak trees. Parking is great; having my own covered space is a BIG plus. Also the added touches of real wood cabinets, large bedrooms, and ceramic tubs create a home where it is a pleasure to live. I would recommend this complex to anyone. My only advice would be to get an upstairs unit or get one of the town home units. I live in a two bedroom downstairs apartment and my upstairs neighbors noisily stomp around, which gets annoying when I am trying to sleep or study. I don't know if this is a problem other tenants have or if I just unluckily have heavy steppers above me.
