While my husband and I lived there, The tenants two doors down were arrested for kidknapping, sexual asault and weapson charges. After that we felt really safe (not)!

Hello, I am the apartment manager now and was here during the time frame refrenced (2005-2006)There is only one incident that I can recall that the former resident may be refrencing but all of the facts are not exactly accurate.I do not know the outcome of the "date rape" charges but I do know I had grounds for and exercised my rights to have said troublemakers evicted. Regardless, it is unfortunate that their experience was negative here. I can only assure all perspective residents that no property can guarantee your safety but we use due dilligence in our screening proscess. I am afraid there are many wolfs in sheep clothing among us and everyone must take responsibility for their own safety. I know that in my home- I am subject to neighbors that have not gone through the rigirous screening proscess Connemara Estates uses nor do police officers live on my street-like they do at Connemara-nor do courtesy officers perform light checks-like they do at Connemara- nor do managers send out letters when there are incidences on the property or in the neighborhood to promote community awareness-like you will experience at Connemara. I do however, have many wonderful neighbors just as my residents do here who I communicate with and watch out for each other as well as ourselves with the help of SAPD. I hope the former resident who posted the comment has found a new home that is more suitable for them-again, we hate to hear that anyones expectations were not met- and I will continue to do my best (with my team)to make sure all current and future residents have a positive experience.

This is not a helpful review at all, it says nothing about the complex itself. As the manager said"there are many wolfs in sheeps clothing" and they cannot be accountable if the person passes the background and credit check, seriously what more can they do than that? Please do not post if your comments are irrelevant
