You know...there are many things to say about this place...first of all...when we moved in, our 1st electric bill was $239.00!!! We changed the thermostat ourselves and our 2nd bill was $166.00!!!! You know, the staff seem nice when you move in..but to be honest, since I have been here, I feel like I am bugging people everytime I need to call the office. Maintaince was on top of me like white on rice the first couple weeks I was here, now...not so much. I wish that I wasnt paying soooo much for an apartment that has a 1980's dishwasher, fridge and toilets. I swear our toilets take 50 gallons of water per flush!! I would probably save on my electric bill if my appliances were a little more updated...to know that I could have went down the street and got granite counter tops and top of the line appliances for less or the same amt I pay now...next time, I will actually do my homework. My brother lives in a 2000 sq ft house and pays maybe 120 bucks a month to CPS! Counting down the months.

I'm right there with you buddy! I feel exactly the same way. I'm glad to know it's not just me. We're also counting down until we can move.

I had posted this quite sometime ago and yes, I was very frustrated. However, I have to say that management here is wonderful! At first I felt like a pest for everything I talked to them about, I wasnt used to going to someone else and telling them if there was a problem, because I felt that if I kept going to them, I would be known as the horrible tenant that just wants everything. I really do enjoy this place And not just because they responded to this. Since this rant we have seen a dramatic drop in our electricity bill because we were able to fix our thermostat it helped out tremendesly. I have to accept the fact that things arent always brand new, ya know. Again, please realize that this was written awhile ago, before I just broke down and went into management and talked to them and they made me feel at ease and were nice enough to offer some ideas for the new move. Seriously. When I get upset, I tend to lash. But really, you guys are pretty great and I enjoy speaking with you.

I live in a house and I paid $450 this summer on one occasion. Electricity was outrageous this summer! People who have legitimate service requests are never a bother and even if the request ends up not to be warranted-you never know until you ask. I actually encourage your requests and will be happy to let you know if we can or can not help you out. Reporting deficits is not only encouraged but it is a tennants responsibility. Anyone left feeling otherwise, means we have not performed our job correctly and that is regrettable. I know who wrote this and I think that if they reflected on their comments further they would agree that they are no completely accurate. We discussed how hard it is moving to a new city and rent seems high after you've had your first month free. I know this person is unhappy with her move to this city general and it is unfortunate that this forum was used to share her discontent. Renewal time is several months away but if they recieve a renewal invitation, they will have plenty of time to shop around and find the perfect fit for them. I hope there decision will not be made due to lack of service. We will make every effort to meet our obligations and hopefully do it kindly and respectfully.
