Honestly we've had nothing but problems since the foreclosure of our home. But luckily, Connemara gave us a second chance and some place to live. I am grateful for that tidbit. The day we were scheduled to move in, the upstairs water heater leaked water into our unit. About a month after we moved in, our stuff was stolen off of our porch. The officer who came out to take the report said this kind of thing was happening all day. Nice. During the summer kids jump the fence to the pool at 4am and scream because the water is cold - waking me up to have to call the answering service to get the officer out to pick up the kids, yes they are breaking curfew. But because the noise bounces off of the walls and straight into my bedroom, I heard the whole lecture for an hour before they left. Now that the upstairs toilet overflowed and water leaked into our unit again, we have ugly black mold growing the in AC closet. We all have headaches and feel feverish in the mornings after breathing it all in overnight. If I send in a letter to complain, I get a nasty letter back saying it's all my fault, I should take better care of my apartment. Isn't that why I pay rent here' Isn't it your job to maintain my apartment'

I deal in solutions not in confrontation and I can only help those that help themselves. A great deal of time and thought was put in to the letter of response as well as effort to rectify a situation that management/maintenance did not create. Living next to the pool can be noisy and we do what we can to respond to these complaints promptly and effectively. Some things simply are out of our control. I do not agree with the facts as they have been stated and there is a mold remediation plan that is followed. I will not debate the merits of these complaints in this forum and hope this resident will continue to share with me any of her specific concerns so they can be dealt with. Everyone has to use due deligence to mitigate damages. I feel no anomosity toward this resident and any discomfort or disatisfaction that they have felt is both unfortunate for them and disturbing to me as I truly do strive for satisfied residents. Connemara received three thank you notes and two testimonials from raving fans just this week. I will ask them to share them with prospective residents on this site.

That is insulation around the expansion valve-If you look closely the unit is also frozen up. The ac filter needs to be clean( always availble in the office and our intention is to change quarterly) as well as vented doors to keep from restricting the air flow and freezing up. As I have viewed the closet etc. subsequent to the picture being taken but prior to it being posted-the area was treated with microban and bleached thoroughly. The resident was present and in agreement that all had been rectified. This photo has nothing to do with the leak. It's unfortunate that managers are much to professional to post pictures of their own. Again, I plead with this resident to handle any service request in an appropriate manner so we can fulfill our contractual obligations. It is not my intention to debate in this forum but we need deal in facts and accurate information. It is unfortunate our perseption on the same events are so conflicting. Theit opinions are something they are certainly entitled to I just wanted to explain the picture. I sincerely intend to meet my obligations and believe it or not,my greatest pleasure would to turn this resident into a satisfied customer. They are a very nice family.

I live right next door and for months have witnessed a broken second-story shutter on one of your buildings--What an eyesore! You will probably retort by saying our grounds are filthy (which they seem to be). By the way, where did you learn how to spell . . . "perseption"?

wow, you live at stoneleigh apartments and you're going to talk about Connemara? I looked very closely at both before going with Connemara and find it really funny that you are even commenting on that. And wow, a single broken shutter is the worst you can come up with? How can you even see it, do you own binoculars and watch all the apartments around you? Let me guess your friends with the original author of this post and are trying to give merit to their meritless complaint.....what are you even doing posting on this page if you don't live at the apartments in question? Is your life that boring and unfulfilling?
