After reading the reviews on here, I went and looked at an apartment for my employees. Jamie, the Assistant Manager was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very quick to get our application approved. I don't see any of the issues listed here and I currently rent over 80 apartments nationwide for different employees - believe me, I have more than my fair share of experience in dealing with apartments. I can smell the bad right off the bat, and tell the good ones apart. In the last 10 years my judgment has seldom been wrong. I look forward to future business and more units. I have not had my employees there any length of time but I spent 2 hours tonight walking around late and it was perfectly safe, quiet and not a thing to worry about. I care about my people and where they go, I have to say I am not going to worry about them staying here.

I went to look at the apt yesterday after reading the reviews on here and I had the same great experience. I was so impressed by the apartments that despite it being a 2 bedroom (I live by myself so really only need 1 room) and slightly out of my price range I put my application in immediatly and cannot wait to move in!!!!
