staff are very friendly, helpful, complex is well lit. Complex feels more like a community, where the vast majority of people are friendly. Even though the complex does not have gates (which many feel people is a safety issue) I have never felt any less safe here than a complex with gates. The landscaping in the complex is beautiful, and even the squirrels are friendly! If you give them a peanut, they will approach you. I couldn't recommend this complex more!
