Michelle and Jamie and the entire Connemera Staff are amazing! They make sure any and all issues are handled in a timely manner! 1 Covered Parking spot per apartment is good, but it can be tricky to squeeze in a second car on some occasions (usually there's not an issue unless it s a holiday/festivities). I haven't met a resident here that wasn't polite and kind and the maintenance guys are really excellent. My fianc and I showed up here "blind" not having seen the place (but referred from another military friend), we spruced up the place with some personal touches and we've really loved our time here (GREAT LOCATION TOO!). I'd recommend Connemera Estates to anyone who wants to live in a nice (and convenient) area with 1st Class staff and cordial neighbors.

*Very low noise level in the town homes! Spacious and pretty well thought out (not too keen on the bar/sink idea in the living-room though). The grounds are very well kept and the pool/Jacuzzi/workout room are great!

Again, I highly recommend... I'll miss it when I eventually have to leave!
