Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Water added to rent at $15, totaling $582.00, I lease a smaller one bedroom (third floor) copmared to the standard one bedrooms which go for $615. Manager recently changed and new policies just put in place this month which have kept me from leaving due to noisy inconsiderate neigboors. Drive to downtown work is about 15 minutes without crazy traffic. Worth looking into.
