In the two years that I was there, management changed numours times. This presents a problem because the staff really doesn't get to "know" you.

Maintenance was quick. The condition of the apartments was ok. They are old, and the age shows inside. You can tell that there are numerous coats of white paint on the walls. Many of the appliacnes, although in good working order, are aged. The air conditioning units are really loud. When walking by the intake and talking on the phone, friends would ask if I was driving. There were cracks in 2 of my walls because the building was "settling." The stairs echo quite a bit, so you can always hear people walking up and down, along with exactly what they are talking about.

Whether or not the complex is quiet depends on what building you are in. Mine, thankfully, was relatively quiet. Others, I know were loud and couldn't understand why management didn't evict the people.

When you sign your lease, make sure you note that there is a $100 cleaning fee when you leave. This is irrespective of what kind of condition you leave the apartment in. Also, 60 days written notice is required to leave your apartment.

The grounds are well kept, landscaping is done on a regular basis. However, the dust and grass clippings get everywhere, so don't leave your sunroof open.

I would recommend this apartment to students or those on a budget. If you are a young working professional, I would suggest something a little nicer.
