For the last october poster I say "thank you- sarcasticly " I know who you are . Your deposit was held for damages WELL beyond "normal wear and tear" of the apartment, and broken doors etc... Of course you know that, your just not happy with it!
so what better way to retaliate- a negative review!!!
With only 126 units here we get to know everyone here. as for the comment of "we rent to anyone" if our residents consitute your opinion of "everyone", what ever that fair housing bait question is-LOL.... then yes I love our "everyone" residents cause of the 17 apartment complexes we have owned in 2 states, Contour Place residents are the BEST!!!! Thats why I am spending $600,000.00 in upgrades to the apartment complex this year alone!!!
