All 10 buildings shifting from the foundation. Major wall cracks in 1st floor apts. Causes Mirrored Closet Panels to Crack. Solution: Spends $600,000 more like $50,000 to upgrade the exterior siding of the buildings. Continues to harass and fire contractors accusing them of stealing to stall the upgrade. If it is ... $600,000 he has to spend it quickly before he has to pay taxes on it and answer to Dad. ---- calls it upgrading and renovation! Major Mold and Mildew issues. If it's on the floor it is covered with new carpeting. All air ducts in apartments has at least 2 to 3 inches blackish green bearded looking Mold. Remove the vent and look behind with a flash light. It's really green and healthy and just great for your respiratory system! Broken A/C units from the 1980's. Will not replace them forces maintenance to repair them against maintenance advice. This Apt Complex is privately owned by ----'s Father in Chicago. He consistently argues loudy and curses at his Father behind his office door so loud that tenants in the office are forced to listen to the vulgarity and obsenities he yells to his Dad on the phone. Any clues or gossip as to why Daddy doesn't like ----' ---- disrespects his ---- in front of tenants. Overworks Maintenance and contracting staff. No security on property, vehicles are constantly broken into. Tenants living in unhealthy enviromental conditions due to heavy mold in air ducts. Broken whirlpool for more than 2 years. Locked out tenants usually break into their own apts to retrieve their belongings. Police are never called. Fire Department is called often. Too many B-B-Q grills in tenants patios. Except that one woman who tried to kill herself by setting her apt on fire. I'm sure it was personal issues and not cause she didn't get her deposit back. Compensates his ego by leasing a brand new luxury sports car once a year. When it comes to business keeps the tenant's deposit at move out and keeps the property going with the minimum cost required to shut the tenant up and tells staff to back him up or else. Please come by and make an appointment to see your new apartment at the Contour Place Apartments! The management is straight forward, honest, courteous and your best friend ... that is until you sign the lease. Ya'll come visit fer a spell .... hear'
