good place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, I wanted a place close to downtown but not "in downtown" although the apartments are 20 years old they are maintained above average and the management just completed a long exterior renevation project that looks really nice! location is slightly hidden and off a quite street, which is nice cause there is little "unwanted" traffic. I had some repairs in the time i spent here and they were attended to in a timely manner. Hector is a nice maintenance guy and always paid attention to my requests
