NOPE... just cross off your list! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   the air conditioners ARE old and outdated. Take a walk around the place and look. Some have new AC's most all -don't. and that costs YOU money on your bills. Standing water in parking lots all of the time from rain or just their sprinklers. bring your rubber boots! you need a 4 x 4 just to drive in the last drive way. it is terrible on your car but they don't mind because they don't live here. there is green thick moldy looking stuff in the AC vents. I noted it on my move in form, and they didn't do one thing about it. this place can be pretty loud at night. not worth the prices they overcharge you.
