I'm having a terrible time with having my work orders turned into the office not being completed in a timely manner. ----- the Maintenance Guy is always high on weed. There are huge cracks on the walls ... too much mildew and outdated A/C Units from the 1980's. Had neighbors who left who told me that initial deposits are never refunded no matter how clean you leave the apartment. The owner on this property is just a totally arrogant money hungry jerk who has no business running this apt complex. I would not consider Contour Place Apts as an option to rent from.
