Compared to where I live now, this place was heaven. It was cheap and never once was I charged a late fee when I missed the rent due date. The one bedroom I lived in was very spacous and had a LARGE indoor storage closet. I mean, it could have pretty much been an extra bedroom. The management was really nice, too (at least to me they were).
The neighbours were less than plesent, though (okay, some nice people moved in right before I moved out, which was a bummer) and noisy. And I got my car broken into and stuff stolen out of it. Oh, and what was up with that interior wall of the living room looking liek a freaking exterior garden-gate wall'! Also, one time sparks began to fly out of the wall outlet and maintence was slow to get to it. I had to cover it with duct tape. Then, there was the summer that I was without a/c for more than a week before it was fixed... Also, there was the hostage situation... Yeah. Well, at least I had enough room to store all of my stuff!
