Reading all these reviews made me SCARED, I HAD NO IDEA there was SO MUCH vandalism going on, I'd heard of several robberies, just not at this magnitude. I've seen cops A LOT around here. Personally, I don't really like the place, It's just convinient and affordable for me and that I ride the bus, which in my case looks like a blessing in disguise. I don't feel safe in my own apartment just coz I'm always afraid that somebody might kick my door in and have taken some security precautions of my own and will definately do so when I Purchase my car. My neighbors are very decent, with the exception of a few who've moved out already, as many of the bad seeds, some of whom were evicted.

Now, the managemnet has changed so many times, its not funny. But the current managemnet is polite, friendly and seem professional, the maintainance on occassions can take a lil bit too long, but reading the reviews of other apartment complexes and taking into account the previous management, this management seems like a lil piece of haven. It also doesn't hurt to know that the Corporate office is just a phone call away if you feel your rights are being trumpled on. The electric bill is fair, but the water bill is daylight robbery, it used to come to about $7, but with a new billing system, it now comes to an average of $22 per month. My consumption is pretty much the same, when I followed up on it, the management played dumb.

The laundy room is a lil nightmare, its way too small for even half the complex and usually 1/3 of them don't work on any given weekend, (NO W/D conection in apts).

Personally, I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone on account that even though the management makes it more habitable, its the complex we reside in.
