OK Value From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   Property is a fair value... some noisy tenants prevent it from being a nicer place.. Maint. is prompt, altho laundry rooms are poorly kept and generally filthy. Pool is also cloudy quite a bit and oily. Also, sound proofing is nil and needs some retro fitting.. Get an upstairs unit. All that said, it is a fair value. Nice mgmt. and work staff.
