The office staff is incompetent, rude, unprofessional & on top of that they lie...poorly. This mainly applies to Mgr. & her asst.
Maintenace staff would be better off if they picked up some of the immigrants looking for work downtown early in the morning...at least they'd fix things. We're waiting for things to get "fixed" for almost 4 months now, but they claim they've already ordered the part...
Water bill is insanely high & the electric bill is right up there; but I suppose that is expected in any complex. Or perhaps its our neighbor who feels the need to have family/friends of 4-6 ppl stay over every weekend which adds to the water bill'
Rules aren't enforced as the manager seems to work two properties during the week & her asst., well, see the first sentence. Their corp. office too seems indifferent to the people they hire & things that go on down here as well.
As for this place being "gated." Well, that's true only 25% of the time b/c in over a year, that's how often the gates work.
Get everything in writing & take plenty of pictures. The first yr. here we had no mishaps but after we signed on for the second, we saw their true colors shortly thereafter when problems with our apt. arose.
I don't know if they feel their complex is worth the amt. they charge per month b/c of the townhomes surrounding us, but certaintly, you'd be better off saving yourself the money & headache by living elsewhere. This is probably why they have $199 & $299 move-in deals...they can't keep people here longer than the year of sufferage we unknowingly signed ourselves in for.

to your response: oh yes i called and i kept calling i have the email address, corporate managers name is Kurt, kseidel@prmc.com. just tell them you will get your lawyer involved if you have too and make sure you get everything in writing. they like to lie and even tell you they are lying. i threatened twice with my lawyer and they got it done.
