There are 3 saving graces for the place: 1) It's a low rent place; 2) it's all bills paid; and 3) it's next door to North Star Mall (and if you are looking for a place due to reason #1, #3 should be null and void).
The 'sparkling pool' used to be full of gunk; now, it holds felled leaves. The maintenance guys need to go back to school. Had the handy man there 5 times in 4 months to fix the plumbing. Now, it's going bad...again. The A/C and heating is controlled not by the residents, but by some office...maybe the one on location. It's only consistently on A/C during the summer time. If a cold front comes in, turn on the stove. Good luck finding managers. They are out of the office most of the time. I complain as little as possible because the mere thought of dealing with them is stomach turning.
