Have had no major problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved here during the summer and admit that the office staff isn't the most customer-oriented but I have lived at two prior locations where the service I got was pretty much the same so it doesn't come new to me. To find an apartment complex with grade-A quality service is next to impossible to find these days. The complex property is beautiful and actually well kept, I am happy with the size of my one bedroom. Shockingly they are pretty quick at getting something done ASAP...my toilet was having problems and they came soon to fix it and I also got my washer/dryer as soon as I demanded it. I also love the bay windows attached to the dining room and the crown molding goes nicely with my furniture. I think the only thing I don't like is how I can hear noises from noisy neighbors. Overall though I am pleased, this isn't the perfect complex, with the office staff would have been nicer but outside of that its' a nice looking complex located near a lot of great shopping centers like La Cantera and the Vineyards.
