Read this before you move in... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I moved to San Antonio in Dec. 2007 and decided I would fill out an application and leave a deposit of $250. A week prior to moving in I decided I could not afford to leave there and didnt know how long I want to live in San Antonio. So I opt to live with my cousin instead. I asked for my deposit back and they said "no"! Due to the fact that I had been approved I was not getting it back. So I called my bank and had the check stop payment. I recieved a letter yesterday from a collection agency asking for the $250 to Costa Bella! So now I am without a job and asked to pay this deposit when I didnt sign a lease. I am happy I did not move in b/c now you see what type of company this is...asking for money when I didnt even get to live there...just dumb!
