We have lived here for almost a year without incident. Three weeks ago, the unit above us flooded and cause major damage to our apartment and the one beneath ours. They promised to make quick repairs, once on the weekend of the 4th and again by the 11th. On the 11th, we had not heard from them and decided to move our belongings out of harm's way and into another property. Not only was there water damage to the paint, electrical wiring, drywall and carpet, but there was now a gross mold problem. And now, three weeks later, they painted over the problem and are charging us for breaking the lease -- even though we've paid for the last month of our lease!!! The management are less than helpful and not compassionate or accommodating. Almost all of our belongings were destroyed and they want to charge us because we forgot, in all the madness, to turn in a 30-day notice. Our lease is UP this month, we are paid in full, they left us living in swamp-like conditions, and WE owe THEM money. Go figure. Live somewhere else. These people don't care about you. They just want money.
