This apartment is very nice. The property is great, and the prices are nice. The low income housing has some problems! Some of the people who live here, are low income and bring their trash (family and friends) with them. Good luck getting any sleep at night. The new staff is rude, and obnoxious to you! Susan, the Manager has no clue what is going on. She's might be good behind the scene, but she can't ever help you with anything up front! She always says, let me ask my boss but I can't promise anything! The new Assistant Jessica is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. She needs to find a shirt to fit her, her boobs are way too big..she treats everyone like they are a child! As for the big black leasing boy, well beyond the horrible smell - he's nice.....
If they promise you something (like a free garage or anything) get it in writing - they dont honor crap! I'll be moving as soon as my lease is up and I promise I will TRASH my apartment!
