This is the best apartment i have ever seen! I love it sooo much. However I could deal without all the pain in the butt noise at night. I mean do people around "here" not know they are in a complex full of other individuals who would like to keep it peaceful' Not to mention i think SAPD has come to know costa biscaya very well indeed! Not a month goes by with out seeing them, why'! because its unsafe. But don't tell that to the manager because well she is pretty naive! She told me "its just domestic disturbances". Well if they are JUST domestic disturbances they wouldn't be involving me and having the police knocking on my door suggesting i evacuate my apartment! Not to mention whats up with all the solicitators' I thought we had security on the property' And the gated community...thats a joke! the gates are always open and if not we have people waiting for us to follow in because they don't have a badge to get into the gate...which i am pretty sure there is a reason for that!!! but it doesn't matter to management because they are pretty ignorant.
