I have moved her from Seguin as of last October,I looked around all the areas close to here and couldn't seem to find one that was in my the best intrest for me and my three boys.It is very nice inside and out.I have never had any problems with noise,the staff is great.Letty in the front office is very friendly.I have put in about 3-4 work orders since I moved her and they were all done within 24 hours.I was realy dissapointed when I read the reviews I think its horrible when people complain about the littlest things!!!I have heard bass around here every know and then,that doesn't make it a bad place you hear that in a H-E-B parking lot putting gas or at a stop light next to somebody.Also about housing just because they accept housing doesn't make the enviroment bad I am on assistance I get along with my neighbors I take my boys to the pool,walk them to the park areas and its also close to everything.Thats why this world is the way it is because of people that have so much anger and hatefullness in them.I love my apartment and all the staff without them this place wouldn't look so good people need to grow up and count there blessings that you even have somewhere to lay your head at night I challenge anyone to find an apartment this nice in the area that can meet all your standards it won't happpen.One last thing about being ghetto not true at all in s.a anything can happen ANYWHERE thats just the way the world is know keep that in mind things happen in good,bad,rich,and poor neighborhoods.

did u ever get robbed? me n my lil family are new to the environment n and was just wondering if they really do rob you bc of some of the reviews i have read. we are really good ppl and go to church every sunday, so i am just really scared for my safety being that i am a stay at hm mom

I have a very good idea for you, at walmart they sell these little alarms that you stick to your windows and it the window is opened, the alarm will sound. Give you peace of mind. I think people that get robbed most of the time its a personal issue.
