Since i have lived here my neighbor got robbed and one girl that i know got molested, and guess what race,BLACK. but dont get me wrong these are nice apartments but some of these black people think they are the only ones that live here. loud , annoying , drugs, loud music , gangs, fights, crack heads that always ask you for money.And they stay up all ------- night laughing their ass off, so dame loud.And there are some guys that walk around thinking we have to worship them. If you are reading this please be cautious, the price is good but are you willing to risk your life. I am always on alert.They say they have a security gaurd on the complex, for the one year that i have stayed here i haven't seen him. Security needs to be beefed up, and all the ignorant black people need to leave. No wonder katrina hit(most of them are from new orlean) them look at all the ---- they do, and then they come and ---- up our city.any ways dont move here!!!!

I am also a current resident and have lived there for going on 3 years. The prices is now $715 and NO it is NOT WORTH IT..however the person's rating above is OUTRAGEOUS! As an ------- American resident, I can say the loud music has come to a halt as well as the fights. Drugs are everywhere so get over it but there also is NO SECURITY, not even a Rent a cop. The security gate hardly even works and management doesn't seem to care.Also not sure what people they are talking bout that want you to worship them BUT i can say in 3 years that has never been a problem for me. I will be moving this year because of the price and because the atmosphere is not good for my 2 year old son. It is NOT strictly New Orleans people, not even half of the residents are from New Orleans! It is simply the summer and kids whose parents do not put restrictions on them and so they are out all night. They have had several shooting at the pool at 7pm and 815pm and the cops are ALWAYS out there for something. I would not move into these apartments. The management doesn't seem to find the living situation bad but honestly its just not worth the price. The size is big but size is nothing compared to getting a peaceful nights sleep knowing your car has not been broken into. The previous commentor seemed racists so as an ------- American resident, it is not JUST BLACK people out there causing problems, it is everyone.

For you to say that black people are ignorant makes you even more ignorant for making a racist comment like that. Are you suppost to be better than black people because youre white or hispanic? Please dont think i dont understand your situation but it doesnt matter the race, you will see things like that happen no matter where you go with all races. Im responding to this because i am black & that message you submitted was offensive to me as a black person. You talk about black people like we are not from the same world you live in. You think you have it hard just by living there? You have no idea what black people have to go through dealing with people like you. We get pulled over, denied jobs, get called n****r & get beaten just because the color of our skin. So who really is the one that is in an unsafe environment??? Think about all aspects before you speak or comment

i think this person is right, i have lived here for 6 months now and i see all the violence and it is caused by only one race.... black , and im not a racist im black myself.... but now days look at the black race and they call eachother n****rs. so i agree with the person who made that comment. They are denied jobs cause of the way they dress, or the cops smell w**d coming out of their car. so it wasnt racist... just the TRUTH, It hurts dosent it

this has to be one of the most foolish reviews i've read in a long time... now if you really want bad crime in a grimey neighborhood... swing through southwest san an... the sister complex ther is on sommerset... the grounds are filthy, the street leading to it is bumpy and in serious need of repair and the garbage lining the street was a sure sign that the people in the area don't give a daym about their neighborhood looking like a dump site for the city trash collectors... i've met a lot of people from new orleans... but for you to single out the ------ who are from their is showing that you have no common sense... in saying this i mean that you're not seeing the reality of life... maybe some of them came from the areas of new orleans where the police didn't give a daym about the crime so they had to learn to take control of their own neighborhoods?... hell, where's the security there where you live?.. i'm sure if you lived in new orleans in the sections where wome of them may be from, you would be dead or afraid to come outside... rather than talk down about your neighbors, stand up and make a muthafcukin difference... the last apartment complex i lived in, i helped to organize a neighborhood watch and a tenant council committee... i'm not the one to sit back and talk shyt about where i live... you're simpoly running off at the mouth by complaining and not doing anything to make your neighborhood a safer place to live... clown... that's the problems with most americans... always the first to complain about shyt the first to expect freee shyt as well... are you willing to make a difference where you live?... if not, stop complaining... you weren't forced to move there... and don't expect managment to make the changes you want ot see when as a resident there you're doing nothing more than complaining... trust me, if we were able to stop the guns and violence in the area where i once lived in ohio, then there's no excuse... you let it happen when you don't make actions... stop being afraid of where you live... i'll be daymed if i live somewhere and let this type of madness happen without me taking a stand to make changes... love or leave it, but if you do nothing else, just shut up about it... you're not going to change the environment with what you've written... if anything, you're going to make it worse!!! i feel sad for you that you think on the level that you do... grow up, mature into an adult who runs their shyt, not talks it...
