The earlier comments of anonymous are accurate. It is nice on the outside, it is relatively quiet, but the interiors are very outdated. The showers/tub faucets do not allow you to regulate flow of water: it's full pressure always. The microwaves and washer/dryers are 20 years old. Downstairs apts can hear every creak of upstairs units and at times you fear your upstairs neighbors will come through the ceiling. However, these units tend to be larger, with good closet space and priced less than other complexes in area. The mailboxes are very inconvenient, as mentioned in other review. Maintenance staff is courteous and competent, but overwhelmed. The outside nightlights are great but get a room shade or you'll be in spotlights all night. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
