I lived at Costa del Sol for a year. I had no major problems there and the only reason I'm thinking about moving out is because they're raising my rent a little more than I want to spend. It's located in a great neighborhood and I had wonderful neighbors. Parking is a very serious problem though. If you get home past 10:00pm you're walking a long way--mostly uphill (depending on where you live). I only had one problem with maintenance and they resolved it very quickly (they forgot a repair for a little while--paperwork got lost). Also the staff is very nice and helpful. All in all one of the better places I've lived.
