great at first look dont be fooled From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've lived here about two years now. I cant say that i would recommend this place to anyone. The apartment are old and outdated with appliances not working properly. I've had water leaks that that i have tried to tell them about but they would do nothing until the ceiling caved in. Mold in the air ducts, which they just came in and spray painted over! AC does not function well. I had to pay over 250.00 for power bill one month on a one bedroom apartment! And the property manager is unfriendly and very non responsive. All in all i dont wnat to live here anymore. THey even want to increase my rent by 50.00 or more every year, stating that this is what the cost of living is! well I dont want to pay that cost for this piece of junk!
