When I moved out of my parents house I looked at a lot of apartments but really liked the way this one looked. The apartment's assistant manager was very nice and helpful. I moved into a small one bedroom and soon after moving in discover, after talking with friends who rented at other complexes I realized it was a high price to pay for such a small apartment. After moving in with my significant other we went to the bigger one bedroom and this is when things fell apart. One of the doors kept falling off. Maintenance would come fix it but it would fall off again. The woman living under us complained of a leak so for about a month and a half they would come about 3 or 4 days out of the week unannounced wanting to check our pluming. It was extreamly inconvenient because sometimes we would be in the shower or asleep. They ended up fixing her leak but now we have a hole in our bathroom that they never came to fill. This hole allows the roaches, spiders, and ants to come in. and yes there are roaches outside from the palm trees. They also put in a new toilet and it didn't fit right with the tile so there is a space between the two. And on top of that the toilet doesn't flush. Our bedroom fan broke and after they said they ordered the new one we never heard another word about it. our electricity bill is really high because we have to run the air all night or its too hot since we don't have a fan. The microwaves are old fashion and don't heat food very well. The paint if chipping from the walls. Two of our friends cars were broken into and one of those cars were stolen. This was caused because the gates are constantly broken and open all night long. To conclude, to trying to convince people not to move in here about a month ago a woman was attacked in the middle of the day inside her apartment. Instead of warning the tenets that day they sent out a flyer complaining about people parking in the red zones. I have never done that but I know why people would. Parking is horrible. And office staff just want their money. Don't live here. Think about your safety and the safety of your family. We will be out of here as soon as our lease is up.
