Worst Apartments I have ever lived in....

Do not move in...just drive away and move somewhere else. I'm counting the days for my lease to be over. Everything is always broken. I was told that the apartments were upgraded with washer and dryer in every unit. First of all the appliances are from the 1970's. The washer is so loud you can't even have a conversation with anyone unless you leave the room. The dryer needs to go through two cycles for your clothes to even feel somewhat dry, so that leaves you with a high electric bill. The dishwasher can only have a certain type of detergent...wtf...you go to the office and even though it says they close at 5pm...they close much earlier than that...I've gone to pick up a package, had to leave early from work so I can make it to the office before 5pm...did that two days in a row and what a coincidence they were walking the property showing the model....how convenient. Gates are always broken...the clickers don't work. Then you try going to the office and they just give you another clicker that doesn't work....I have 3 of them. I just got so sick and tired of going to the office that I just gave up...you won't need them one gate is always open.

My washer/dryer has broken um about 5 times in the last year and they tell me "good thing it's under warranty or you would have to pay for it." When I complain about the washing machine, it takes them 3 - make that 4- weeks to get it fixed- coming into my appartment continously leaving work order after work order. I'm not super comfortable with the fact they're constantly traffic-ing my apartment when I'm not at home either. There is NEVER anywhere to park, the chlorine levels in the pool are dangerously high- I went to sleep with pool hair one night and had clumps of hair coming out the next morning- and there was probably several hundreds of dollars worth of damage done to my car in the parking lot. I would not suggest this apartment unless you are desperate.
