I've lived in Costa Del Sol for about two years with my boyfriend, the property is beautiful, you can just walk around and feel like you're in a completely different place than right in the middle of northeast san antonio. The staff is great, I love seeing them always out and about, and every one knows your name. The management is very easy to work with- when we first moved in the apartment we were scheduled to move into had a pretty strong cat smell to it, within ten minutes we had called Blanca (one of the managers) and she came to check it out, apologized repeatedly, even seemed to get choked up because she knew how ready we were to move- she then ran to the office and grabbed the keys for a newer, updated apartment, handed them to us and didnt make us pay any more in rent than we were going to for the smelly one.

The only real complaint I have is about the walk to get to my car, costa del sol is kind of set on a hill, with the parking in a circle around it, since we live right on top of the hill its kind of a hike to get groceries from the car, we have just around 70 steps to walk up. But, it IS good excercise.

I have lived in some crappy apartments, and these are definitely not one of them.
