This is my 2nd stay at Costa Del Sol. I moved the first time when I bought a home.
I moved back because I sold my home. Great access to 281 and to Loop 1604, close to shopping, medical,etc. Exercise room, pool, sand volley ball court,business center,
(and of course a rentable party room) great staff, private balconies, covered entries, covered parking, security gates (which someone keeps jamming lately). All in all a "resort feel" to the entire property. The apartments are built on hills so instead of just seeing feet and feet of "flat side walks" you get the feeling of living in a little village. It just doesn't feel like your standard box; it's got character!
The apartments are well laid out to maximize storage and living space and the electric bills I've had are less than friends I have in other complexes. If you're looking for something that shouts "I'm new" this isn't it. If you're looking for something "old" this isn't it either but if you're looking for a place that's comfortable, friendly, and responsive with a kind of "resort atmosphere" vs a box in a box feel, this is it!
As a single woman, I have NEVER felt anything but safe here. It's not uncommon for someone to move in and come introduce themselves or vice versa. This is a "community" and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

Yes, it is in a good location. The Exercise room, half the time the equipment does not work. Rentable Party room - since when?? The tell you what is allowed and what is NOT allow on all patios and balconies. The security gates have never worked and I have lived here two years, only b/c I hate moving, but this time I am outta here. The do NOT keep up the inside of the apartment. Just keep looking or you will be sorry
