I love Costa it is awesome! This is the third time that I have lived here and I plan on staying for a while this time. The Manager Lucy is absolutely wonderful! Everyone that works there is helpful friendly and all around efficient. Not to mention my apartment is beautiful and I am 100% satisfied! I reccommend that anyone live there.
