I was excited of the possibility of moving into these apartments. They are close to work for me and seemed beautiful and i loved the idea of them being off the highway and fairly new. However, first impressions are EXTREMELY important and this place is ran terrible! they are un-organized and un - educated to say the least. im not sure they even know what is going on or have a clue on how to properly run an office. Its a shame that I will not go back to that and anyway they are low income crap and the resdients are probably just like the staff in class. take my advice look somewhere else. dont waste your time

How dare you say that the people are low class! Your ignorant and stubborn. There are going to be problems wherever you go and people of every class, dont you see foreclosures in even the nicest neighborhoods?!! Just because you may not make 6 figures a year doesn't mean your any better than anyone else...I am an educated woman and I live at a "costa" community and I am happy, dont be so ignorant maybe you should get your eduacation and take a class in sociology before you make such rude judgements.

I agree with essarose. I dont make 6 figures and I have a 4.0 gradepoint average and I dont appreciate people like you saying people who dont make much are crap. Unless you are born into wealth you have to start somewhere. Get your nose out of the air.

Everytime I've been to these apartments to have a look... the staff was amazing. Right now I live in an apartment community that ISN'T income restricted and you know what... the staff HERE is horrible. The people at Costa Valencia were pretty great actually. My only problem is that my boyfriend and I supposedly make too much... which I know its part of FAIR housing... but I don't think its THAT fair... right now we pay less rent than we would at Costa for a bigger place.. and the place we live now is horrible. We got better jobs to live somewhere better... and now everywhere we go, that we like... we're told we make too much. I don't even make that much. Heck... based on the income limits here... he and I were making too much when we both worked at Wal-Mart. That doesn't seem like "fair" housing.
