soso From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   THis place is ok, I've been here a year now, and my lease renewal listed my rent only up $5 from last year. I asked for a new microwave 6 months ago but never got it. Car got broke into 7 months after I was here, according to the mamager it was going on a lot in May/June, but I haven't seen or heard much since. It was mostly backup copies of CD's so they got away with crap, losers. Enough about the thiefs, there are some roaches - I've seen 3 in my apt in 12 months. Had a mouse in here for a while too. Thet just redid all the siding so it looks a bit better. Pools are clean regularly. People don't seem to use them much though. Dunno about laundry facilities, I have a W/D already. Overall its a pretty good place, neighbors upstairs were pretty quiet, though I could hear the dog(s) once in a while.
