I've been here for about a year. The area is very quiet, at night you can here the airplanes and trains from miles away. There are several long time residents here, My friend and his roommate moved in a few months ago and they love thier apartment. Things get fixed pretty quickly. Currently they are replacing the outside landscaping and lumber, painting where needed. I rarely see the police here and have had no problems walking late at night.
