I have to say that this has to be the WORST apartment complex I has ever lived in. I've read some other complexes reviews and at first I thought "maybe these people are just bitter". Well I have to say if it sounds simular to some problems you may of had in other apartments then it's probably true. Really. the statement I am about to make is completly and utterly true-The management at Courtland Heights is by far the worst employed San Antonio Housing Authority employees in San Antonio. God forbid I would be recieving a package from my brother in Japan, the management was never in the office to recieve it, so i found myself going down to UPS often. They are terrible and must of worked in some other line of work prior to being managers of peoples homes. The parking is almost as bad as the management, god help you if you own more than 1 vehicle. The pool, simply put better off swimming in pond scum, lived there for 2 years never even thought about using it. Experienced 1 break in to my own car and my neighbor did with in a week, so security plain and simple a joke.
I recomend you live anywhere else besides this joke of an apartment complex, stay at home with the parents, do whatever you have to do not to even look at this complex. DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THESE PEOPLE, if you could ever catch them in the office anyway.
