Courtland Heights Condominiums

wished i had never picked this complex to live in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I was told by my apartment locaters that this complex was the greatest, boy was i told wrong! i can never get a hold of the manager and asst. manager, when i have a maintenance problem. The neighbors that we have are horrible, all hours of the night stomping,screaming,banging and nothing done about it! i was told decent people lived in the complex,to my amaze they actually let thugs move in and was told there were no section 8. Unfortunatly i leased out for 1 year and counting the days til the lease ends to move out. AC units are always breaking down, ceiling is about to collapse and no managers to get a hold of. SAHA workers are always just hanging around the complex chatting outside and no work being done, landscaping has become horrible, finally we received decent lighting, if we had received lights when told, maybe the neighbor from the other apartment complex wouldnt have been shot, since he hid in the darkness of our complex. The walls are so thin you can here your neighbor snoring. i was not surprise to see so many moving this past month. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
