We moved here Dec 2004. We love it here. It is quite,no upstairs apartments so you dont hear people walking around all day.
We have not seen any police here with people causing trouble,unlike the last place we lived.
The managment is great, if we have something that needs to be fixed, it is done in a reasonable amount of time.
Staff here is very friendly,and take time to listen to what you have to say.

The quietness is the only positive aspect about Covina Plaza. I saw the police out there tons of times and knew that drug dealers lived there. As far as the management is concerned, it depends which staff you are speaking of....as the management changes every couple of months. Most of the managers have been caught attempting to try to cheat money from residents by making up extra non-existent fees.
