Bad Management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I moved in May 1 & from than it's been down hill. Where do I begin, upon move in the apartment was not cleaned, range was dirty, toilets were filthy, bath tiles had to be scrub due to soap scum & mold all around on the dap that was not even redap after the previous resident moved out who lived here for 9 years. Microwave was inoperable it was finally replaced beginning of August. Now my ac does not cool very well, and I was told by mainteance the unit is old to begin with & eventually it would have to be replaced. While management decides if they should replace the condensor unit I am having to pay a $130 electic bill when I am not home for more than 8 hours a day.
I love my apartment don't get me wrong is the right size and the space is perfect, now if Susan the manager & her team would be a more caring and take interest in their residents as persons rather than a number who pay their salary. NO RESIDENTS NO PAY SUSAN!!!!
The lawn company blows the grass & debris onto the cars without regard to personal property damage.
Laz the maint. tech is very friendly, caring & understanding and trys very hard to please all the residents but unfortunately he takes direction from management and no matter how much he would like to resolve the problem the right way he is impaired by the management.
I do not expect to get a brand new apartment but I do expect to come into a clean and livable home.
