Horrible Apartment Complex and Management

I have been a resident here for over two years. The only reason I stay is due to the size and cost of the unit, and no other. Management is rude, unfriendly, and a downright pain to deal with. Susan and Dawna should be fired.
Maintenance is dreadfully slow. I have appliances in my home that were built in 1982! 1982 people. Why on earth haven?t these been replaced yet' My microwave is falling apart, and each time maintenance comes out to fix it, all they do is try and super glue it back together. And for some reason, they will not fix the hot tub. Instead, we have a ?cool spa??. In other words, it broke and we?re too cheap to fix it.
The entrance sign has been crumbling and in pieces for several weeks now. Did they just keep the insurance money for themselves'
Furthermore, the complex rules are not equally enforced. Some residents are forced to abide by them, such as parking, or decorations, while others blatantly disregard them. Even when it?s brought to Susan?s attention, she does nothing about it.
SPEND THE MONEY, FIX UP THIS COMPLEX. Until then, do not move in here.
