I only write this review to respond to whoever it is with the mission to get rid of the apartment manager, Susan. This person went so far as to leave notes at the mailboxes asking residents to contact this website & complain. I've been here 3 years & have never had a problem with Susan. So, now, thanks to the "resident w/ a mission", we'll have to deal with Dawna as manager instead. I hate to tell you this, but if you think things are going to improve, you can just forget it. Dawna apparently lost half her brain at some point in her lifetime -- she does NOT listen to people when they are talking to her & never writes anything down! My fellow resident w/ a mission, get ready to send daily complaint e-mails, because the only way you'll get anything accomplished now is by reminding our new manager of your requests AT LEAST 4 TIMES!

I think you're totally idiotic. Did it ever occur to you that maybe the problem is with the custodians and NOT with the managers or the staff, the complex is old, and there's only two people who work on repairing things. Oh, and by the way, you're not supposed to list names. I think it is incredibly rude that you would write about some one who we all know, and tries very hard to meet our standards. I think it's strange you give a good rating, but then slam the office staff. have a good day.
