DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

The management, in particular, Susan the manager, is rude and bitchy, and 9 times out of 10, will have an attitude. The appliances in here are older than some of the residents. Parking is a nightmare. We live by a drainage ditch that is always full of crap, and near a parking lot that turns into a lake when it rains. I asked the apt personnel to install drains of some type, as did many other residents, and they proceeded to chop a tree root about half way through, and then quit when they realized it was too big of a job. Nothing has been done since.

And after reading after the ?cool spa? as put by one other resident, I was told when I moved in here that the ?hot tub? would be fixed shortly, only to be told after move in that was never the case.

This complex has the potential to be one of the nicer in San Antonio, but they need to fire the manager, quit lying to potential residents, and actually spend the money to fix it up. Apparently, all the money that could be spent to go to residents to keep them happy goes to Susan to buy a new Lincoln Navigator. Apparently, I?m in the wrong business?. Become an apt manager, screw over your residents, do absolutely nothing, and makes tons of money.

Wow you just seem like one of those _ _ _ _ _y people who just can't be happy in life, greatful for what you have. I have been a resident here for 3 yrs.I think it is a great place to live, especially familys with children. The school dist. is the best in SA, for the price we pay, I think it is well worth it.The community has a nice look, fresh paint, green grass and 2 well mantained pools. I give this complex a thumbs up !!! If you dont like it stop complaing and move. No sence is having rude complaing neighbors!!!
