I agree with the previous review 100%. I have been here for two months now and it has been difficult to get anything done as far as maintenance is concerned. I moved here from out of town and when I got here to move in then just told me that the apartment would not be ready for another 4 days. So basically since I had no where to stay at that point and they were not concerned at the office. I called Sandalwood which is the management company, and they finally allowed me to stay in one of there furnished apartments.

As far as maintenance is concerned, they are virtually unresponsive to all request. If you go to the office for work to be done...they write it down or say that they are calling the maintenance guy and nothing ever happens. They just say enough BS to get you to exit thier office and forget about their responsibility to the residents. There is not any communication between the office and the lone maintenance man. When I do ask for something to be fixed, I'm not expecting it to be done right then but what I would like is some honesty and some intelligent scheduling.


Instead the main office is full of negligence, disregard and empty promises.

Two pluses though: Lots of space
Rent is reasonble

You would think with the same repetitive problems that the freakin company would remodel the staff and apartments would be nice. To many da** problems!

LOL.... I have lived here for 2 years now and I have seen the change in the staff.. I laugh because the new staff has been here since june or july and I go in and speak with them everyday.. They even told me that they are not leasing out the corporate suites until they are able to redo them. So this posting is a lie....LOL.. Have you ever thought that its not the staff.. maybe the company isnt giving them the supplie that they need to get the job done? They have 3 guys that do the maintenance.. I am sure they are frustrated and fed up with people like this... I think that the new staff is doing the best with what they have... You people think you live in a palace, you live in a 20 year old apartment complex paying 700 for a 2 bedroom. Go anywhere else and a 2 bedroom will run you close to $1000.00. Most of you probably cant even afford to live here and you ----- like you pay sooo much. I bet the people that are on here have been late on rent, been evicited and been a pain in the ass to everyone here including neighbors.. You people are the joke.. I know many people here that enjoy what the new staff is trying to do. I know that the horrible old manager wouldnt dream of doning anything nice for us.. I mean look this place looks so much better just with small changes... The riff raft is out of here and it is finally quiet. The old manager let anyone in here.. I guess that would be the people that write horrible remarks on here. I know for a fact that it is not the office staffs fault for things not being done. I have overheard that the company is not buying supplies for them.. I can break it down for you... Go to your place of employment and try to preform your job with no supplies... Not your fault but the owners.... Get over yourselves....With no money and people paying their rent when ever they want rather than pay ontime like most of us how do you expect them to function?Idiots...Bottem line, I love my apartment, the office staff, and the community.I plan on being here for another 2 years if not more. Thank you office staff you are doing a great job oppose to what these rejects think!! Just remember that!!

To anonymous dated 11/16/08-This has to be the apartment manager. I live at Creek Crossing and cannot wait until my lease is up as I will NOT be renewing. The "new" office staff is rude and unresponsive to requests. The rent is NOT $700 for a 2 bedroom apartment. The water is higher than what my parents pay for their 4 bedroom home. There have been numerous break-ins to automobiles, shootings, constant fights in the parking lots, the pools during the summer have numerous unsupervised children jumping from the roof tops. Don't read the response from Anonymous (11/16/08) and believe what they are saying.

i think we all need jesus with more jesus it would be easier to exist with all the insane people yes there are improvements to make the outside look nice but once they get you in they totally forget about us as human beings they may not have all the proper tools to maintain everything however dangerous,disgusting and undesirable living conditions should be handled like we are humans and not animals
