i am going on my 8th year at this complex. in the beginning, management did their job. maintenance did their job. our problems were fixed in a day or two. but as the years wore on, and new management came and went, things got worse; month by month....year to year. now, management cannot do even simple things that are asked of them. we have lots of mud down by the #4 building. we as residents don't want to track mud into our apts. and no one wants to park in spaces that have mud in them. and now, 2 weeks later, nothing has been done. 20 minutes with a shovel; and the problem is fixed. but it is not to be. my wife and i are in our 60's. i certainly hope one of us does not slip and fall because of mud. i will have my attorney help me rename these apts. bottom line here....i used a shovel, and cleaned up the mud myself. do you think the office will give me a reduction in rent'' don't hold your breath! my living room has been soaked with rainwater from the leaking roof. it has never been fixed correctly. our microwave, that is built it, has stopped working over 5 weeks ago. my wife noticed that when she attempted to heat something, it gave off a spark, and started having a "burning smell". we told management, and of course, were told that the microwaves are on 'back order'. so what now' we use the microwave on a very consistent basis. management and maintenance have taken so many different "items" from other apts. to fix ours and the other tenants, there is nothing left to use. everything is on 'back order'. what kind of crap is that' they open the office late, and go to lunch for 2 hours. they are never there when you need them.management has let the property get so bad, that they cannot keep up with the problems here. maybe i need to get the news media out here. you think that will get them out of their coma' when my lease is up, we are outta here!

Its horrible how even after i moved out, nothing has changed. Luckily I live in new braunfels now and maintance so far, comes quickly and is great. Creek crossing needs to have new management and also remodeling done to it. Horrible! I am sorry for ya'll.. i would break your lease and find somewhere else that cares.. hell thats what i did and now i am much happier with where I am at!!!

I live in bldg 12 and can confirm the lack of maintenance. I have repeatedly requested maintenance only to find there is none. My husband and I have only been here a year and pay $815 month for our apartment. It also has major cracks in the walls, sometimes roaches or some kind of bugs appear that are two inches or longer in length. I request extermination and they have only come three times in one year. I pay to have my apartment cleaned by an external cleaning service as I am disabled. I also have to listen to what sounds like horses over my head for the past year with no chance of a solid nights sleep. We have decided to take advantage of the recision and buy a home here in the San Antonio area. Our mortgage will only be $30 more each month than the rent. If anyone wants to know how I did this then please contact my realtor she can help you also. My new home will be 1393 sq feet my apt. 1300 sq ft I will have a two car garage I will have quite neighbors I will have no fire place but a nicely remodeled home in an excellent neighborhood in this same area.
