Terrible Managment

I move to this complex in 07 and thought I had finally found a nice quiet and convient location in the SA area. How wrong could I have been. The managment ment from property to onsite has no clue on how to operate a multi-family living environment.

1. There is never consistency in relation to maintenance request. You call and place an order and you get a reply I will have maintenance come by.

2. You ask for extermination - They will tell you that they will be scheduled on a certain day and no one ever shows.

3. You request proof of charges for water consumption in accordance with the law and then it is never produced.

4. I had to wait for more than 8 months to obtain screens for my windows. I still have horrible stains from a leak that occurred last year from upstairs. There is so much noise from the tennants upstairs that I rarely get a solid nights sleep.

5. Slipping in a sixty day written move out notice and failing to disclose when siging the documents since I am blind and they did not disclose I feel this is wrong to all members. Most complexes only require 30 days.

6. No problem cutting grass but what about other maintenance concerns bldgs that are in need of repair, mold concerns, that can cause harm to tennants. Parking commercial vehicles and blocking handicapped access.

The onsite manager is far from professional when she yells at the tennants who disagree with the way she is managing the property and comments that she has to pay the bills of the complex before she can address repairs. How much more unprofessional can one be'

We are moviing as we decided to buy a house near by. Our mortage payment including tax and insurance is only $30 more than this complex and we will not have to be upset by the poor excuse for property management on and off site.

Like many others the object is to retain not drive away and this is exactly what is happening. Any one need help with finding a new home I can provide you my realestate agents contact info ssmith@newhomes.com

She helped me and is not pushy. She will try and do what it takes to find you a home if you decide to exit Creek Crossing.
