We moved in 3 weeks ago. The apartment was not cleaned before we moved in, a wall is falling down (Literally), and the carpet smells like urine and smoke. Two bathroom faucets leak and the half bath door is half missing. We told management about all this when we moved in and NOTHING has been done! We're ready to break the lease!

That is how it goes around there. They are not competent at all. Good luck with those repairs; I'm postive it will be there utmost priority. Oh yea, I think my living room in my apt. is actually falling off. Creek Crossing is just comical now, and don't forget to wave to all the retards that hangout at the bridge everyday like a damn welcoming party that makes you feel anything but welcome. It is like a terrible vacation that never ends living there.

WOW.. You people are funny....I love my apt here and I am not sure whom you are speaking of... I guesss you mean the little kids that are out playing as the retards that welcome you home... Go by a house if you dont like it here.. Other residents are happy just like myself and have notice a change..... get a life.. if you dont like it move out!!!

I just get tired of seeing cry babies on here venting to them selves. If you have a problem then leave. I am sure if you have something falling down more than likely there is someones who has the same problems but they are not on here crying making themselves feel better. Get a life or a back bone. I see a problem yes, but stop being dramatic. Maybe you mean the sheetrock or somthing but the whole wall.. Come on... Someone else would have complained to or the building would have fallen down...Loser!!!!

Other people have complained, and it is the ENTIRE wall. We are on the second floor and the breezway is comming off. The neighbors have complained, as have the downstairs tenants. People have a right to know what is going on in a community they are thinking of joining, and frankly, if you want to make a good impression, stop being demeaning. Let people have their say. First ammendment, man! Once again, we love the neighbors and the area, but the problems are BAD and a hazard. If my two year old leans on the wall, he could fall to the concrete below.
