This place sucks.... once you sign the lease your screwed. They fixed 1 of our 13 items to be fixed and havent seen or heard from them since. They expect rent to NOT be late but when its their turn to do something they take as long as needed. Worst agreement I have fallen into in my 38 years on this earth. Horrible living situations and wouldnt recommend to my enemies!!!!

Yah, I'm pretty sure you moved into our old townhouse, and it SUCKS. Trust me, we left it way cleaner than it was than when we moved in. We just bought and LOVE having our own place. Good luck!
