Yuck. Stay far far far AWAY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Where do I begin' There are so many things wrong with this apartment that I am suprised they are not condemned. Whoever wrote that they were great HAD to the leasing office trying to get more suckers into this place. I will start with the pools. The main pool was decentg when I moved in about 4 months ago but for the past month it has looked like a swamp, green with all sorts of ghastly objects floating around. Maitenance has finally gotten around to looking at it, but as of this day, noone can swim in that green mess. As far as the other pool, it has never had water in it since I have moved in. Instead it has trash and beer cans and all sorts of things in the bottom of it. The sport court' Forget it! There are no hoops for basketball and there is so much polluted trash lying in the yard beside it that you get sick just walking by it. If you have children and you are against drugs, then stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. I can't even walk home in the evening to my apartment with my son without smelling marijuana smoke so abundant that it makes me dizzy. I have to rush my son in our apartment almost daily. It looks as if they have finally gotten security around the place but it isn't helping much at all. The air conditioners are constantly broekn in several units and it takes maitnenance at least a week just to come look at one. For such a large complex , maintenance is extremely understaffed. The dumpters are always overloaded and spiling into the streets, and there is bugs bugs bugs! Even though they have a terrific move in special ( 1 dollar), there is a REASON for that. Do n ot do it. You will regret . You can get an apartment a thousand times better for the same price!
